That is why we steer Greensboro and Winston-Salem families toward CLT or RDU, and why Asheville and Wilmington families usually drive. Airline schedules shift through the year, so the routings are typical.

Chihuahua Breeders in Raleigh, NC
RDU is simpler to get around, and the handover is often done within a quarter hour of landing. Families from Wake Forest, Fayetteville and Rocky Mount usually find it the closest nonstop for the Triangle and the east.
Greensboro, Winston-Salem and the Triad
The Triad sits almost exactly between our two favorite airports, roughly an hour and a half by car from either, so we let the week's flight schedule decide. A connection into Greensboro is possible, but we would rather you drive to a nonstop. Bring the starter food we send and a soft towel, and pull over halfway home so the puppy can eat a little and rest in a quiet car.

Teacup Chihuahua Puppies for Sale in NC: Heat, Ticks and Storms
Summers run long and sticky from roughly May into September across the Piedmont and the coast. Long coat or smooth coat both do well indoors; the habits below matter more than the coat.
- 1A teacup size adult of 3 to 4 lbs heats up fast. Walk before 9 a.m. or after dinner, and never leave it in a parked car.

When does a puppy need a rabies shot in North Carolina?
